  All tenants are expected to comply with the rules and guidelines that govern your lease. Examples of the guidelines are as follows:

• Paying the correct amount of rent on a timely basis each month.
• Report any maintenance issues to the property manager promptly. We promise to make every effort to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
• Conducting yourselves in a manner so as not to disturb your neighbors.
• Maintaining the home and the lawn to ensure it is in the same physical condition as when you moved in.
• Disposing of garbage and waste in a proper manner.
• Follow all HOA rules should you reside in an HOA community.
